WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

1. Complete documents

   • Download and complete the four registration documents below to open a new safe custody service with Guardian Vaults.

   • Provide your identification documents including a legible copy of your:

     a. Drivers license or passport

     b. Entity documents (only for SMSF of Company/Trust)

   • Provide your NAB termination letter

   Once completed email the forms to melbourne@guardianvaults.com.au

2. Book an appointment

   If you haven’t already, book an appointment with NAB 271 Collins Street (ph. 03 9008 9463) to close your NAB account and transfer to Guardian Vaults with the assistance of our onsite Guardian Vaults’ staff member.

3. Bring identification

   On the day, bring your drivers licence or passport to complete your registration as a new and valued Guardian Vaults client.
