Guardian Vaults is conducting an internal review of all client accounts to ensure all account contact information and documentation is valid and current.

Upon visiting a Guardian Vaults facility, a staff member will be reviewing your account details to ensure information is current for all persons on the account. Please be advised it is recommended to allow additional time when visiting the facilities.

Any outdated photo identification, documentation or contact information will need to be updated at your earliest convenience. At your next visit to a Guardian Vaults facility, you may be requested to provide:

  • 1 Photo Identification Document**

and

  • 1 Proof of Residential Address Document.

** Photo Identification must be presented in person. If not provided in person, you may provide a colour photocopy of the front and back of the I.D, certified in the last 3 months.

 

The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 and related rules (AML/CTF Rules) require reporting entities, such as Guardian Vaults, to establish and maintain an AML/CTF Program to identify, manage and mitigate the money laundering and terrorism financing risks associated with Guardian Vaults products, clients, delivery channels and jurisdictions.

Guardian Vaults has implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security measures and procedures in order to protect personal information from loss, misuse or destruction. Guardian Vaults regularly reviews security and encryption technologies and will always strive to protect information to the fullest extent possible. You can be assured that we’ll handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We take pride in being Australia’s first and leading high security safe deposit box facility and this review enables us to continue to provide paramount security and privacy to all our clients and their accounts with Guardian Vaults.
