Promotional period

Commences: 10am (AEST) Monday 1^st June, 2020.

Ends: 3pm (AEST) Monday 31^th August, 2020.

• Completion of the entry procedure and participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• Any costs associated with applying, entering or participating in the promotion (including internet access and download charges) will be at the cost of the entrant
• Guardian Vaults cannot guarantee its opening hours these may change due to unforeseen circumstances
• Guardian Vaults cannot guarantee availability of safe deposit box sizes
• Upon satisfying the Terms and Conditions the entrant will be able to gain a 20% discount on the standard, paid upfront, 12 month rate for the small, medium and large safe deposit boxes at the Castlereagh St location.
• Eligible safe deposit boxes for this promotion is small, medium and large
• If the safe deposit box continues to be used after the 12-month contract, the customer will automatically be moved onto a 12-month ongoing contract at standard rates for the box size required
• This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer
• Any customer who closes before the end of their lease will not receive any refund or compensation
• This discount is not transferable in any way
• Customers must sign up before the end date, an enquiry, phone call or agreement to sign up does not enable the participant to extend the date of the promotion.

Eligibility criteria 

• Be a new customer at Guardian Vaults – must not have been a client with Guardian Vaults on the 1^st – 31^st of May, 2020, or during the promotional period from 1st June to August 31st, 2020. Past clients who ended their lease prior to the 1^st of May 2020, will be considered new customers.
• Must not be a current storage client at Guardian Vaults. Clients up for renewal are still considered current storage client.
• Must not be a current staff member of Guardian Vaults or Guardian Gold.
• Pay upfront and in full for a small, medium or large size safe deposit box for the period of 12 months at Guardian Vaults Sydney, located at 151 Castlereagh St, Sydney NSW
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and possess all required identification and documents to open a safe deposit box
• The promotor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of an entrant and to disqualify any entrant that does not meet the eligibility criteria
• Entrants must meet all other required criteria by Guardian Vaults
• Entrants understand, acknowledge and agree that unless expressly permitted by these terms and conditions, participation in this promotion does not entitle any person or entrant to use any of the promoter’s intellectual property rights (including any trade mark or content) for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter (and their respective officers, contractors, employees, agents and representatives) will not be liable for any personal injury, loss (including loss of opportunity), damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential loss), cost, expense or claim arising from or in relation to the promotion

Variation to Campaign

The promotor may in its absolute discretion, but subject to State and Territory laws, modify, suspend, cancel, recommence or extend this promotion as appropriate if:

• For any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical, hardware or software failures or interferences, or changes to third party sites or platforms, which affect the administration, operation, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion;
• The level of interest or participation in the promotion is insufficient or there has been some delay in commencing the promotion
