Due to the direction provided by the NSW Government in relation to the current lockdown restrictions, all non-essential retail businesses are to remain closed to the public to limit the spread of the Covid-19 Delta strain.

We remain very much focused on the needs of our customers and staff during this lockdown.

Clients can only access their safe deposit box for essential or emergency reasons and it will be your responsibility to prove to authorities that the reason for accessing the safe deposit box is essential.

If you have an essential need to access the facility, please email us at sydney@guardianvaults.com.au to arrange a mandatory appointment.  All appointments will be confirmed in writing prior to access. If you do not have a confirmed appointment, access will not be provided to the facility.

Guardian Vaults would like to reiterate that if clients are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to an individual experiencing symptoms, please do not access Guardian Vaults facilities under any circumstances. All staff are held to the same standard to ensure the wellbeing of all our clients, staff and the greater community is at the forefront of the service we offer .

Guardian Vaults will work to resume its full operations in alignment with the guidelines and restrictions set by the NSW Government as soon as practicable.
