Requirements when visiting Guardian Vaults
As a continued effort to uphold our mission in providing the highest level of security and confidentiality to all Guardian clients, we require all client information to be valid and current. Upon visiting a Guardian Vaults’ site, a staff member will be reviewing customer account details to ensure information is current. Customers may be requested to provide ID and a proof of address document at this time.
Please be advised it is recommended to allow additional time when visiting the facilities.
Guardian Vaults may have previously been in contact to update relevant account details, failing to produce the necessary information will result in subsequent visits being denied until such time that Guardian Vaults has received the updated documentation.
Information must be valid and current and will be verified every 12 months as per ongoing due diligence. Should information change or require an update, notifying Guardian Vaults is necessary.
