Guardian Vaults is conducting an internal review of all client files to ensure all documentation and forms of ID requirements remain current and active. We understand the importance of your privacy and the storage of your personal information and that is why we are committed to ensuring that our systems and procedures protect your personal information.
Any outdated photo identification or documentation will need to be updated at your earliest convenience. You may be contacted by phone, email or post to notify you of documentation required for updating on your account. Documentation in most cases will be required to be presented to the office in person. If this is not possible, please speak to one of our consultants and they will be happy to discuss alternative options with you.

The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 and related rules (AML/CTF Rules) require reporting entities, such as Guardian Vaults, to establish and maintain an AML/CTF Program to identify, manage and mitigate the money laundering and terrorism financing risks associated with Guardian Vaults products, clients, delivery channels and jurisdictions.
Guardian Vaults has implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security measures and procedures in order to protect personal information from loss, misuse or destruction. Guardian Vaults regularly reviews security and encryption technologies and will always strive to protect information to the fullest extent possible.

Any communication from us via email will only ever be made from an authorised email user from Guardian Vaults or Guardian Gold and will carry the suffix @guardianvaults.com.au or @guardian-gold.com.au
PLEASE NOTE: Should you receive an email stating it is from Guardian Vaults or Guardian Gold but the email comes from another email address, please inform us (in writing) immediately and do not respond to the email.
